RETURNS:
Returns are not accepted.
We do our best to make sure you are fully informed about the product, and we are happy to answer questions prior to purchase. All items are pre-tested and cleaned prior to leaving our work shop. Our policy is firm, so decide carefully please. Please refer to Shipping Damage further below for additional information.
SHIPPING DAMAGES:
We do not refund shipping charges. All shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
All items that are approximately $150 or more must be insured to protect both the buyer and seller in the event of shipping damage. If your item is under $150 and you would like insurance then please contact me prior to purchase for additional cost. I'm doing my best to keep shipping at its lowest.
All of my items are highly unique and may not be replaceable. Do to this uniqueness we may not be able to help in the event of damage. We try to be fair and will judge this on an individual basis. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. So if a part breaks during shipping and I can replace the broken part. Then the shipping for that new part will be paid by the customer.
Please keep in mind that we are available and approachable to discuss any problem. It’s my goal to keep you, the customer, happy.
